Support at Your Fingertips—Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
You Might Be Surprised to Know...
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, many people assume that I primarily work with couples and families. While I absolutely love working with couples and find deep fulfillment in helping them strengthen their connection, a lot of my work is with individuals. My approach is grounded in a systems perspective, which means I look at you not just in isolation but within the context of your relationships—with your partner, family, friends, children, and, most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself.
The way we relate to others—and to ourselves—profoundly impacts our mental and emotional health. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you understand the patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll explore how your past and present relationships have shaped the way you show up in the world and how they influence your sense of self and overall well-being.
Whether I’m working with individuals or couples, I find great joy in helping clients heal and grow. I truly enjoy both aspects of my work because they allow me to support people in building stronger connections—with themselves and with the people they love. Healing and growth happen when we understand these patterns and start creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I’m Rachel Zaret-McCrystal,
I'm so glad you're here.
Helping people heal, grow, and build stronger relationships is my passion. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the founder of Turn the Page Therapy, LLC, I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples across Indiana and Virginia.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in the same patterns—whether it’s anxiety, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or family dynamics. But I also know that healing is possible. I love helping people untangle the past, break free from cycles that no longer serve them, and create deeper, more fulfilling connections.
